Context

To mitigate declining conversions, our cross-functional team focused on quick-win solutions with a customer-first approach to enhance the experience and improve conversion rates.

Outcome

I developed a new product details page with rich media, similar properties, and featured spotlights. By testing and implementing these features, I drove incremental launches and achieved significant increases in conversion rates and lifetime value for returning renters.

Apartment-specific media

We needed to address renters' key question: "How can I see the content that belongs to each unit?" This also includes enabling suppliers to map unit-level content for interested parties.

There's no upselling method for apartments on the platform, but suppliers frequently ask how to increase their communities' reach. I designed a carousel that balances renter and property management design, creating a new revenue stream.
