Etsy had multiple touch points with its consumers in 2012 and expanded to include more. As each touchpoint was created, visual inconsistencies was rife. I led the design system for email communications and notification guidelines.
The Marketing Communication team at Etsy took this opportunity to rebuild a notification toolkit from scratch. I used a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to create a notification design system to reach Etsy's buyers.
